This new feature gives you the ability to easily increase your earnings by adding a booking fee to any itinerary. The fee is divided proportionally across all services in the booking, ensuring that each part of the itinerary is handled fairly. You don’t have to worry about managing refunds either—if any part of the booking is canceled, the appropriate portion of the booking fee will be automatically refunded. Room-Res only charges a small processing fee of 4% or $5 (whichever is greater), which is also refunded in the event of a cancellation. This feature provides you with more flexibility, greater control over your commission, and a seamless experience for both you and your clients.

In the event that any part of the booking is canceled, the portion of the booking fee attributed to that service will be refunded, along with Room-Res's small processing fee of 4% or $5, whichever is greater. Step 1: Add the Booking Fee

On the checkout screen, simply enter the desired booking fee in the designated field. The amount you enter will be included in the total price shown to your client.
