Here’s the short version: pay for any booking between 25 - 31 August 2025, and you’ll earn Double Room-Res Rewards. All products qualify - hotels, attractions, transfers, you name it. Already booked under Book Now Pay Later, or holding a booking to pay off later? Pay it this week and you’ll still get double. Rewards are credited to your account as usual and follow the standard Room-Res Rewards Programme Terms and Conditions.

Promotion Period: Bonus Rewards Week runs from 12:01am AEST on Monday, 25 August 2025 until 11:59pm AEST on Sunday, 31 August 2025.

Eligibility: The promotion is open to all registered Room-Res agents in Australia. Agents must have an active Room-Res account in good standing at the time of booking and reward allocation.

Qualifying Bookings: All products booked and paid via Room-Res qualify, including hotels and accommodation, tours and attractions, transfers and ground services, and other Room-Res inventory available during the period. To qualify, the booking must be fully paid during the promotional dates.

Pre-existing Bookings: Bookings made before the promotion period but paid in full between 25-31 August 2025 are eligible. This includes bookings placed under Book Now Pay Later arrangements.

Exclusions: Cancelled, refunded, non-paid or partially refunded bookings will not qualify for double rewards. Bookings that are unpaid or only partially paid by 11:59pm AEST on 31 August 2025 will not be eligible.

Reward Calculation: Double Room-Res Rewards Points will be applied to the base rewards normally earned for each qualifying booking.

Reward Crediting: Room-Res Rewards Points earned under this promotion are added to the agent’s account immediately after the booking is paid in full during the promotion period, provided the booking is valid. If a qualifying booking is later cancelled or refunded, the corresponding points will be adjusted.

Reward Redemption: Rewards earned under this promotion are subject to the standard Room-Res Rewards Programme Terms and Conditions. Rewards can be redeemed on eligible bookings made through Room-Res, and expiry rules apply as outlined in the programme Terms and Conditions.

Limitations: Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other credit. Room-Res reserves the right to audit accounts and withhold rewards where fraudulent, duplicate, or ineligible bookings are identified.

General: Room-Res reserves the right to withdraw, extend, or amend this promotion at any time without prior notice. Standard Room-Res booking terms and conditions apply in addition to these promotional terms.
