I can’t see my customer voucher?

Your customer voucher will be emailed to you. There is also a link to it on the confirmation page after you have made the booking, and from within your Reservations section. If you are clicking one of these links but not seeing the voucher, then it is likely that you have a pop-up blocker on your browser that is stopping your voucher from opening.

How to reset passwords?

You can reset your password using the link at the bottom of the sign-in box. Enter your email address, and you will receive a link to reset your password. If you are still having issues.

How do I cancel my booking?

You can cancel your booking by clicking on the ‘Cancel booking link’ next your booking on the Reservations and Sales Report tab. Any refund due will be issued to the original form of payment (credit card or eNett account) and should take around 3 working days to show
