The Simple Path to Booking Your Next Adventure with Room-Res Tours!
Welcome to our new and exciting world of Room-Res Tours! It's really simple to use, but below is a step-by-step guide to navigate the new tour options. So, buckle up and let's go on this journey together!
Step 1: Select Your Destination, Dates and Group Size
Start by heading to our Destination tab. You'll find a drop-down list of countries we serve, conveniently grouped by continent. Want to tour Europe or explore Asia? No problem! Just select as many destinations as your heart desires. You can specify a single month or, for a more extended period, click on your start and end months. And for those who love spontaneity, you can select "Anytime - Show all tours". We've made it easy for you by defaulting to 2 adults. But, of course, you can adjust this to suit your specific needs.
Step 2: Let's Search!
Just hit the 'Search' button, and your Search Results Page (SERP) will pop up, presenting many exciting tours tailored to your selected criteria. Scroll through the search results, each box giving you key information about the tour - name, duration, type of tour, itinerary summary, detailed description, net price per person, total price, and deposit message. Found a tour you like? Click 'Continue' to dive in deeper.
Step 3: Delve into the Details
Upon clicking 'Continue', you'll be transported to a comprehensive tour page filled with rich information - a detailed itinerary with maps, inclusions, exclusions, and more.
Step 4: Finalise the Details & Send the Quote to Your Customers
You choose your departure date, pickup location, and room type. We'll also show you how many Room-Res Rewards you'll rack up with this booking. Ready to proceed? Click 'Book', and let's get you going.
You're now on the final stretch. The last booking stage allows you to do all the usual things Room-Res enables you to do, such as add other products (like hotels to create a complete itinerary), hold the booking for seven days without payment or, the best bit of all - send it as a quote to your customer, who will be blown away.
Once you have selected the tour, you can Hold the tour for seven days without payment, and then confirm the tour with a 10% deposit. The remaining 90% is due nearer the time of departure (and based on the cancellation policy)
