Who provides the tours?
We are working with Musement, part of the TUI network and their unsurpassed network of owned DMCs, to create a unique range of tours in which you can be confident that the quality and service will be top-notch.

How are the Tours sorted?
On our tour search results page, we currently display tours based on their popularity and frequency of bookings to ensure you see the most preferred choices by other agents. We understand the value of customization and ease of search, so we're actively working to implement new filtering and selection tools. These tools, expected very soon, will allow you to refine your search based on various parameters, including price, duration, originating city, type of tour, theme, and target audience. This way, you can find the perfect trip that aligns with your client's preferences and needs. Room-Res continually strives to improve your experience and equip you with the tools to deliver the best value to your clients.
How do I search for a tour?
Start by selecting the country from the 'destination' tab, where you'll see a dropdown list of available countries. Select the dates for your travel using the date boxes. You can even choose to show all tours by selecting 'Anytime'. Then, input the number of passengers, which is defaulted to two adults. Click 'search' and browse the results to find your desired tour.
Can I hold a Tour booking without paying the deposit?
Yes, you certainly can. Room-Res allows you to hold a tour booking for up to seven days without an immediate deposit. This gives you the flexibility to finalise details with your clients or even give them time to decide without fearing losing their preferred tour. Just click 'hold' on the booking page to take advantage of this feature. Please note that the booking will be automatically released after seven days if the deposit is not paid.
What information is shown in the search results?
Each result shows the tour name, duration, type of tour, itinerary summary, detailed description, NET price per person, total cost based on passenger selection, and the deposit message (10% deposit to confirm).
How do I book a tour?
Click on 'continue' for the tour you're interested in. This will open the tour page, where you'll find detailed information about the tour, including a comprehensive itinerary, maps, inclusions, and exclusions. Select the departure date, pickup location, and room type (for upgrades, if available). Then, click 'book' to go to the booking page, where you can add other products, create a template, duplicate the itinerary, send a quote to your customer, hold the booking for seven days or proceed to book immediately.
What are Room-Res Rewards, and how do I use them?
Room-Res Rewards are bonus points that you earn when you book through us. You can use these points for future bookings. The number of rewards you'll make for a booking is shown on the booking page.
