Terms & Conditions for Room-Res Island Campaign

Welcome to the Room-Res Island Campaign, where not only do you get a chance to win an extraordinary trip to Daydream Island Resort, but every island booking you make also earns you a 50% bonus in Room-Res Rewards. This campaign is designed to enhance your earnings while offering a once-in-a-lifetime travel opportunity. Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully to ensure you fully understand and agree to the campaign's process and rules.

Room-Res Island: The Ultimate Island Experience is active for Australian-based agents with Room-Res accounts for all bookings paid for in Australian Dollars from February 19th to March 31st 2024. With Room-Res Rewards, your bookings are even more rewarding than ever.

Part 1 - 50% Bonus Rewards for Every Booking

Enjoy a 50% increase in Room-Res Rewards for each booking made and paid for on Room-Res.com from February 19th to March 31st 2024, over and above your current tier rewards.

This bonus applies to all bookings for which payment is made in this timeframe. The booking could previously have been held, or book now and pay later, and if payment is then made during the timeframe, the bonus rewards will be earned. All bookings created and paid for in this timeframe will earn the bonus rewards. Bookings created and confirmed using Book Now Pay Later will only earn bonus rewards if paid for in the timeframe. If bookings are confirmed using Book Now Pay Later during the timeframe but paid for after the timeframe, they will not earn bonus rewards.

Bonus points are added to your account instantly upon booking, showing as pending until the booking's completion.

The promotion adjusts tier rates:

Silver Tier: Normal rate - $1.00 = 0.5 points. Promotion rate - $1.00 = 0.75 points.

Gold Tier: Normal rate - $1.00 = 0.6 points. Promotion rate - $1.00 = 0.9 points.

Platinum Tier: Normal rate - $1.00 = 0.75 points. Promotion rate - $1.00 = 1.125 points.

Part 2 - A $50 Bonus

In addition to the 50% bonus on Room-Res Rewards, all agents achieving 20 or more bookings by March 31st will receive a $50 Room-Res Rewards bonus, applicable in the first two weeks of April, regardless of starting status.

This $50 bonus can only be received once per agent during the campaign. Making 40 hotel bookings does not earn $100.

Part 3 - Secure Your Spot on Room-Res Island

There are ten spots for Australian-based Room-Res agents on the Room-Res Island experience. The ten agents that win these spots will also be able to bring a guest of their choosing.

The first agents to book and pay for any hotel accommodations on six secretly selected islands will win an invitation to Room-Res Island.

Bookings must be confirmed and paid for within the promotion period to qualify for Room-Res Island and the treasure hunt. The booking could previously have been held, or book now and pay later, and if payment is made during the timeframe, the booking will qualify. All bookings that are created and paid for in this timeframe will qualify. Bookings created and confirmed using Book Now Pay Later will only qualify if paid for in the timeframe. If bookings are confirmed using Book Now Pay Later during the timeframe but paid for after the timeframe, they will not qualify.

Six islands and a set of reserve islands have been selected. The first agent to pay for a confirmed hotel booking on one of these islands from 09.30 AEDT on February 19th until 23.59 AEDT on March 31st 2024, will win an invitation to Room-Res Island. The time of payment will be used to judge which booking was made first.

If an already winning agent books another selected location first, the prize will pass to the next qualifying booking by a different agent.

If no agent confirms and pays for a hotel booking on one of the six selected islands, the spot will be chosen on the base of the seventh selected island, with the first agent to have confirmed and paid for a hotel on that island taking the spot.

The remaining four agent places on Room-Res Island will be determined based on agent production of confirmed and paid bookings.

The Room-Res Island experience is planned for the three nights of July 26th - July 28th on Daydream Island. Suppose a winning agent is unable to attend these dates. In that case, they can nominate a colleague or friend from the industry or allow the opportunity to pass to the next qualified agent. The weekend includes all accommodation, food for the agent and guest, and flights for the agent. The stay will consist of a trip on a motor yacht, the opportunity to snorkel the Living Reef on Daydream Island, the Treasure Chest hunt, and other options, including Jet Skiing and spa. Room-Res reserves the right to change the dates and itinerary at its discretion.

All agents on the Room-Res Island experience will be eligible for the treasure chest hunt. There will be a treasure chest with prizes worth at least $2,000 inside, and one agent will find that treasure chest - the process for finding the winning treasure chest will be a game with a mixture of skill and chance and at Room-Res discretion. The treasure chest shown in the video promotion is for illustrative purposes only.

As with the overall Room-Res Island promotion terms, the treasure chest hunt is exclusive to Australian-based agents.

Part 4 - How to Claim Your Daydream Island Offer

To claim your exclusive Daydream Island offer, you can go ahead and book your stay and then email the details to promo@room-res.com. This offer includes a special agent discount, 50% off ferry transfers from HTI Airport or Port of Airlie, a daily buffet breakfast at Graze Restaurant, and a possible room upgrade, subject to availability. Book at least three nights to receive a $50 Room-Res reward bonus. This offer is designed to thank our agents for their dedication. General Terms

Room-Res reserves the right to modify the promotion, including dates and offerings, and all participants will be notified of any changes.

Participation in the promotion signifies agreement to these terms and conditions, with Room-Res holding final decision authority on any disputes or interpretations of these rules.
