Terms & Conditions for Room-Res Island: What's your Indulgence?
Room-Res Island: What's Your Indulgence? allows agents to earn enhanced Room-Res Rewards and secure a place on a VIP hosted island experience at Banyan Tree Phuket for themselves and a guest.
Room-Res Island applies to bookings paid between February 18 2026, and March 31 2026 (inclusive).
Enhanced Room-Res Rewards on Every Hotel Booking
During Room-Res Island, agents can earn additional Room-Res Rewards on every hotel booking confirmed and paid for on Room-Res.com when they activate missions in the Room-Res Rewards Hub.
This applies to all bookings where payment is completed during the Room-Res Island period. Bookings previously created using Book Now, Pay Later will earn additional rewards only if payment is completed within this period.
Bookings paid after March 31 2026, will not qualify for the additional rewards.
Bonus rewards are added to the agent's account when payment is made and will appear as pending until the booking is completed.
$50 Booking Milestone
Agents who reach 25 confirmed and paid bookings during Room-Res Island will receive a $50 Room-Res Rewards bonus. This includes hotels, transfers, car rentals, attractions and tours.
The $50 bonus will be added to the agent's account within 48 hours of reaching the milestone and no later than the first week of April 2026. The bonus amount is fixed and does not vary by tier.
This milestone bonus can only be earned once per agent. Completing more than 25 bookings does not increase the bonus value.
Bookings made using Book Now, Pay Later will only count toward the milestone if payment is completed during the Room-Res Island period.
Platinum Tier Upgrade - Banyan Tree Phuket
Any agent who confirms and pays for a booking at Banyan Tree Phuket during Room-Res Island will automatically unlock the Platinum Rewards Tier.
The Platinum Tier upgrade applies for 12 months from the date of qualification.
Securing a Place on Room-Res Island
There is one place available. The winning agent may bring one guest to share the experience. The place will be awarded to the agent with the highest total transaction value across all confirmed and paid bookings during the Room-Res Island period.
The total transaction value will be calculated based on bookings confirmed and paid between February 18 2026, and March 31 2026 (inclusive).
In the event of a tie, Room-Res reserves the right to determine the winner based on secondary performance criteria at its discretion.
All bookings must be confirmed and paid within the qualifying period to count toward the total transaction value. Bookings previously held or created using Book Now, Pay Later will only qualify if payment is completed within the Room-Res Island period.
The Room-Res Island Experience
The Room-Res Island experience will take place at Banyan Tree Phuket, Thailand, from August 27 to 30, 2026.
Winning agents will receive:
Flights, accommodation and hosted meals (breakfasts and selected dinners) for themselves and their guest
Access to on-island experiences
Participation in the Room-Res Island Games, with an additional prize awarded to the overall Games winner
Room-Res reserves the right to amend dates, itinerary or inclusions if required. (We probably won't, but the lawyers insist we include this caveat!)
General Terms
Bookings must be confirmed and paid for within the promotion period to qualify for Room-Res Island. The booking could previously have been held on Book Now, Pay Later, and if payment is made during the timeframe, the booking will qualify. All bookings created and paid for within this timeframe will qualify. Bookings created and confirmed using Book Now, Pay Later will only qualify if paid for within the timeframe. If bookings are confirmed using Book Now, Pay Later during the timeframe but paid for after the timeframe, they will not qualify. Room-Res reserves the right to amend Room-Res Island, including dates, rewards, inclusions and conditions, at its discretion.
Total transaction value will be calculated based on bookings confirmed and paid between Wednesday, February 18 and Tuesday, March 31 (inclusive). In the event of a tie, Room-Res reserves the right to determine the winner based on secondary performance criteria at its discretion.
All decisions regarding qualification, rewards and winners are final and made at Room-Res' sole discretion.
