As a Gold or Platinum agent, you can reserve one of our hot desks whenever you come to The Room Residence. Just click on the button below and reserve a space using the calendar feature. It’s yours when you get here.
If you are looking for a larger space, we have a private meeting room (suitable for 4) and a larger boardroom / training room (suitable for up to 12). Both have AV facilities. Just use the button below to message us if you’d like to reserve one of those spaces.

You can always visit us in The Room Residence lounge Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm - comfy seats and coffee always waiting for you. We’d just kindly ask that you let us know when you’re coming so that we can ensure everything is ready for your arrival.
Training sessions at The Room Residence
The Room Residence has a brand new green screen AV room - and we will be running training sessions where you can learn how to create content for your marketing campaigns and socials or simply use our cameras to get the content you want. We will be setting the dates for these sessions shortly, but let us know if an AV training session interests you, and we will ensure you have first access to book. These sessions will have limited availability to make sure they are valuable for attendees.
We will also hold a range of other training sessions - including introductions to Room-Res, how to get the best out of quotes and social media, and from different suppliers and tourism boards. These will roll out in the new year and be bookable on this site.

The Music - Your Residency
The Room Residence really is your space. And that extends to the music - we want you to feel at home! If you are visiting The Room Residence, when you use the calendar to book your slot, let us know your favourite song to work to - not only will we add it to the playlist for the day, but it will also contribute to the algorithm creating the playlist for that day.
