Welcome to the “Spotlight on Singapore” Promotion!
We’re excited to bring you this high-speed opportunity to be part of something unforgettable. Before you race off, take a moment to read the Terms and Conditions below. They’re not as thrilling as Singapore’s skyline or an F1 podium finish, but they are essential.
Eligibility
This promotion is open to all travel agents registered with Room-Res in Australia. Participants must be at least 18 years old. Employees and immediate family of Room-Res and its affiliates are not eligible.
Promotion Period
The campaign runs from Monday, 12th May to Sunday, 8th June 2025.
To qualify for rewards or prize consideration, all bookings must be paid in full by 11:59 p.m. AEST on 8th June 2025.
How to Participate
To enter, book any Singapore product through Room-Res.
Each confirmed and paid product counts as one entry, so if a booking includes a hotel, a transfer, and an attraction, it counts as three.
Rewards and Prizes
DOUBLE Room-Res Rewards: Earn double the Room-Res Rewards for every eligible Singapore product booked and paid during the campaign. All Double Room-Res Reward Points earned as part of this promotion will be credited to eligible agents’ accounts within 30 days of the campaign end date. This includes bookings that were made and completed during the campaign period.
VIP Formula 1 Grand Prix Fam Trip - 5 Places to Win
Five agents will win a VIP Fam Trip to Singapore in October 2025, including:

How the 5 Winners Are Selected:
1 x Highest Booked Revenue (TTV): The agent with the highest total paid value of Singapore bookings.
1 x Highest Booker by Volume: The agent with the most confirmed, paid Singapore product bookings. Each product counts individually.
3 x Lucky Draw Winners: Any agent who books five or more Singapore products qualifies for one entry. Each additional booking earns another entry. The more you book, the better your chances!
Winner Notification
Winners will be notified via email by Friday, 20th June 2025. If a winner doesn’t respond within five business days, the prize will be offered to the next eligible agent.
Prize Conditions
• Fam prizes are non-transferable
• If a winner is unable to attend, the place will be offered to the next qualifying participant
• Full itinerary details will be shared with winners before departure — some elements may remain a surprise!
