The Gold and the Beautiful Promotion is on all bookings between 16th February and 31st March 2023. Room-Res Rewards are now even more rewarding.  

Part 1 - 50% Bonus Rewards for Every Booking

• Every booking you make on Room-Res.com from 16th February to 31st March will earn 50% more rewards than you would from your current tier.
• Valid for all new bookings made during this period.
• Bonus points will be visible when you make the booking and instantly applied to your account in the standard way. (For clarity, your bonus points will show immediately as pending status and be usable as soon as the booking that earned the points has checked out).
• The 50% Extra Points Promotion applies to the tier levels as follows:

Normalised Silver Tier rate - $1.00 = 0.5points : Promotion rate $1.00 = 0.75 points

Normalised Gold Tier rate - $1.00 = 0.6 points : Promotion rate $1.00 = 0.9 points

Normalised Platinum Tier rate - $1.00 = 0.75 points : Promotion rate $1.00 = 1.125 points

Part 2 - Get to Gold Status in Triple Quick Time And receive a $50 bonus in Room-Res Rewards

• In addition to the 50% Room-Res Rewards bonus earned, if you make 20 hotel bookings during the promotion period (16th February to 31st March), you will be promoted to Gold status, with the tier promotion valid for one year. 
• Promotion to Gold status will occur once the promotion period has finished, and you will need to have 20 or more live hotel bookings made in the promotion period as of the end of 31st March. Status promotions will be applied in the first two weeks of April.
• If you reach Gold status through the standard tier requirements during the promotion, you will still be immediately promoted to Gold the next day.
• If you start the promotion in Gold status and make 20 hotel bookings during the promotion period, you will be promoted to Platinum. As with the Gold promotion, you will need to have 20 or more live hotel bookings made in the promotion period as of the end of 31st March. Status promotions will be applied in the first two weeks of April.
• In addition, regardless of what status level you start the promotion, if you make 20 hotel bookings during the promotional period and have 20 or more live hotel bookings made in the promotion period as at the end of 31st March, you will receive Bonus Room-Res Rewards worth $50 that will be available to spend as soon as they are applied to your account. The $50 bonus Room-Res Rewards will be applied to your account in the first two weeks of April.
  

Part 3 - Finding a Golden Ticket

• Seven hotels have been selected in some of our most popular destinations. If you are the first agent to book one of these hotels from 12.00pm AEST (midday) on 16th February 2023 and book it before 23.59 on 31st March 2023, as well as the booking confirmation for you and your customer, you will also receive a Golden Ticket. The Golden Ticket is your invoice to our Golden Famil - a luxury trip to the Gold Coast where one agent will win a Gold Bar worth over $1,000. The Golden Famil is scheduled from 21st July 2023 to 23rd July 2023.
• To win a Gold Ticket, it must be a Confirmed Booking; any non-confirmed booing, such as Held / Failed Bookings / Draft Itineraries etc., are excluded.
• To win a Gold Ticket, an agent must be Australian-based.
• As well as selecting seven hotels in our most popular destinations, we have selected a reserve list of hotels in case one of the selected seven is not booked.
• An agent can only win one Golden Ticket. If an agent that has already won a Golden Ticket is the first to book a second selected hotel, the golden ticket will be sent to the second agent to book that hotel. If that hotel isn’t booked a second time, we will make our way down the reserve list to the next hotel that has not triggered a Golden Ticket and the first agent to book that hotel will win the Golden Ticket.
• Agents must be able to travel on the date of promotion, but if not, they can nominate a colleague or friend in the industry. If they don’t want to do this, they will go to the second agent to book their hotel. If not a second booking for that hotel, the following unused hotel on the reserve list would be used as the first agent to book gets the ticket.
• The Golden Famil includes accommodation in a 4-star hotel or better and domestic flights from anywhere within Australia to the Gold Coast. Winning agents can bring a friend, partner or colleague, and the accommodation will be included, but travel expenses for the friend, colleague or partner would not be included as part of the prize.
• We reserve the right to change the date to another weekend in 2023. If the date change means a winning agent can’t come, they may nominate a colleague/friend in your place
• Each agent on the Golden Famil will be able to enter the Gold Coast Gold Bar Beach Competition, in which a mix of knowledge, beach game skills and chance will allow entrants to select a unique sandcastle, one of which will have a gold bar hidden inside. There will be no more than ten agents on the Golden Famil with the option to enter the Gold Coast Gold Bar Beach Competition. One sandcastle will be created per agent entering the Gold Coast Gold Bar Beach Competition, so one agent will definitely find the Gold Bar.
• The Gold Bar featured on the banner is for illustration purposes only. The winning agent will win a 15g Gold Bar worth over $1,000.
