The Sanctuary Promotion: This promotion, designed exclusively for TravelManagers, provides a unique opportunity to win an escape to Far Meadow Cottage - a serene and luxurious retreat. Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully to ensure you fully understand the eligibility, process, and rules of the campaign.

Eligibility:

The promotion is open exclusively to TravelManagers operating within Australia.
Participants must be registered TravelManagers with Room-Res at the time of the promotion.
All participants must be 18 years of age or older and must comply with all local laws and regulations regarding eligibility to participate in promotional contests.

Promotion Period:

The promotional period is from 28 May until 9.00PM AEST 24 June 2024. All bookings and activities that qualify for entry into the promotion must be made and paid for within this timeframe (new bookings only).

How to Participate:

Eligible TravelManagers automatically enter the promotion upon completing and paying for any bookings on the Room-Res platform that include any/all products offered during the promotional period.

Prize Details:

Six (6) Personal Travel Managers (PTMs) will each win a stay at Far Meadow Cottage.
The prize includes a two-night stay at Far Meadow Cottage, meals, spa treatments, and access to various relaxation activities.
Transportation to and from Far Meadow Cottage is not included unless explicitly stated in the promotional materials.

Selection of Winners:

Winners will be selected based on the criteria specified in the promotion's launch materials, which may include the number of bookings made, the total transaction value, or a combination of both.
Room-Res will determine the winners, and all decisions regarding the selection process are final and binding.

General Conditions:

Room-Res reserves the right to verify the eligibility of each participant.
The promotion and its benefits are non-transferable, and no cash alternative is available unless specified otherwise by Room-Res.
Winners must agree to participate in promotional activities, interviews, or public announcements where necessary.
