When you make a booking, sometimes you need to add a special request like a late check-out request or a double bed.
Follow these simple steps to add a special request to your booking.
Select your Reservations and Sales Report, find the booking you want to add your Special Request.
When you click on the 'Edit' link in the Special Requests column a new box will open, which is where you add your request.
Once you have entered the information you want to pass on to the hotel directly, simply click the send button in the pop-up.
You will see that your request has been registered, as at the top of the page you will see the message 'Special Request Submitted'.
You can review your request and see that your special request is now included in your Travel Confirmation Voucher.
