Creating Your Rewards Account No need. To make things super easy, we will automatically create your Room-Res Rewards account as soon as you make a booking. That way you know that you'll be earning points immediately. No waiting around for approval, you're signed straight up. Boom!

Points and Tiers As a Silver Member, each $2 paid for a booking earns one (1) Room-Res Reward Point. However, you have the chance to increase this significantly; after 60 bookings you'll become a Gold Member, resulting in 20% more points on every booking. You'll retain your Tier for the following year too.  

Then, if you complete 120 bookings in a year, you'll qualify for our Platinum Tier, where you'll earn 50% more points than Silver. If you reach Platinum, you'll also be invited to our big year-end bash, which will be something really worth aiming to get yourself on the invite list.

Redeeming Your Rewards Redeeming your Room-Res Rewards points to pay is as easy as A - B - C. A) Make any booking on Room-Res.com for your clients or yourself. B) At the payment stage, you will have the option to use any accrued points as part or whole payment for your booking. C) Select how many points ($0.01 equivalent value per point) you want to use, and the points will be deducted from your rewards account balance.

Admin Tools We've created a new management section in your Profile pages for all the information concerning your Room-Res Rewards membership. Within the Room-Res Rewards Hub, you will be able to see all earned, redeemed, expired and pending points on your account.

Keeping Up To Date We are going to send you a monthly email to keep you up to date with your Room-Res Rewards balance. This monthly statement will let you know how many points you have pending, accrued, spent or are near to expiry.
