Which bookings count towards my next tier?
All bookings count towards status, including hotels, transfers and attractions. Each booking within an itinerary counts separately—so an itinerary can count as four or more bookings when transfers and an attraction are included. Gold requires 60 bookings and Platinum requires 120 within the applicable 12-month tier period. Your account is normally updated within 24 hours of the booking.
When can I use my points?
Points appear as pending after a booking is confirmed and become active after checkout. The payment page lets you apply some or all of your active points balance. There is no redemption fee, and there are never any blackout periods or redemption exclusions.

No. There are never any blackout periods or exclusions for redeeming your active points.
Do my points expire?
Standard non-promotional points expire 12 months after checkout of your last paid and confirmed booking. Promotional and Mission points may have different expiry rules. Check your account and the relevant terms for the rules that apply to your points.
