Room-Res Launches Live Chat Support for Australian Agents

Room-Res has launched Live Chat support for all Australian agents, giving you a quicker and easier way to get help while you work.

Following a successful trial with Platinum agents, the feature is now live across the site for all Room-Res users in Australia. Feedback was immediate and clear; agents appreciated being able to connect with the support team in real time, without interrupting their workflow.

Live Chat is available during standard business hours and appears automatically on the site when a Room-Res support specialist is online. Whether it’s questions about bookings, rewards, or tools, agents can now get instant help while staying focused on their clients.
